In recent years, there have been great changes in the chemistry curriculum of basic education in china.Learning chemistry knowledge and developing concept is an important way to achieve this goal. The formation of particulate nature of matter is an important objective of the course, and the model method is of great value to the cultivation of material particles. This study has two purposes, one is to build a model to construct the theory of teaching material particles,to provide ideas and methods for teaching design, the two is to carry out teaching design in accordance with the theory, the development of teaching cases and implementation.Based on the existing research, this paper discusses the concept of culture from the perspective of material particles model, put forward the concept and model of constructivist teaching model construction ideas, the key is the micro cognitive goals into model construction;Combined with the practice of classroom teaching in senior high school chemistry, the magnetic response model and the micro interpretation model of the influencing factors of reaction rate were constructed by using magnetic cards. The following conclusions can be drawn from the empirical data:The micro cognitive goal is further expressed as the goal of model construction,so that the training of the particle concept is feasible. The teaching post test showed that the microscopic understanding of the students in the experimental class are significantly different than the control class, training material particle concept teaching, rational use of magnetic card is better than without using the model, the rational use of magnetic card is better than the current model of computer.
