Inquiration is a kind of thinking form and a skills through individual experience.Inquiry teaching emphasizes based issues to explore,become the new way for teaching reform in colleges and universities.How to get to the quality in classroom as a teaching main land? This research carry out the strategy of inquiry teaching and the teaching effect through the teaching curriculum,to cultivate students' high-level thinking,improve the application ability of knowledge and the practice ability,has a certain research value on theoretical and practical.Based on the literature research,questionnaire survey method,classroom observation,statistical analysis method;constructivism theory,mastery learning theory as the theoretical guidance of this study.Combined with the instruction of "science and technology literature retrieval and utilization”,study mainly explored teaching strategy of inquiry teaching and the effect of experiment.This paper proposes three basic principles of inquiry teaching strategy: based on the classroom to improve teaching quality,take the student as the main position to study independent,dominated by teachers in classroom interaction.And then develop exploratory teaching strategy: creating problem situation,interprets concept and principle,import method and main points,the interactive discussion based on personalized guidance,improve knowledge application ability by feedback.Analysis method: this paper using S-T Analysis teachers and students behavior and conversion data of classroom,the mode of instruction is hybrid,contains a form of teaching,practice,dialogue,and inquiry teaching.In this paper,we adopt the S-P score data processing for students and exercises,the results show that students were more likely to answer the question and students practice and practice content has good quality.Students' questionnaire survey,according to the information feedback learning experience overall effect has a better response,particularly approved to classroom interaction link.Conclusion,exploratory teaching strategy integrate to inherent characteristics of curriculum teaching,achieved the expected teaching effect;students learning through the media,thinking independently explore,experiment,discussion,helps to cultivate autonomous learning ability;Teachers using inquiry teaching,such as "inspired,explore,discuss,and participate in",effectively help the students master the knowledge and the method to solve the problem.Inquiry teaching usually set the knowledge as a study subject,and interdisciplinary teaching material contains a lot of knowledge,so the inquiry teaching mode worth further studying.as it suitable for all kinds of different disciplines' regular classroom teaching activities.
