Research On Professional Teaching Abilities In Higher Vocational Colleges

Higher vocational colleges differ from other universities.They pay more attention to professional qualifications skills and career development.So to the teachers in Higher vocational colleges,it's essential to master professional teaching abilities,which can directly improve the teaching quality.Based on the analysis about the structure of vocational teaching abilities in higher vocational colleges,taking Heyuan Polytechnic as an example,using interview as the main research method,the dissertation makes a deep investigation into the developing experience of vocational teaching abilities in Heyuan Polytechnic to enlighten the factors to improve vocational teaching abilities for all Higher vocational colleges.According to the special quality of higher vocational education,professional teaching abilities consist of class executive ability,practice ability,and instruction ability.The dissertation gives some advices about developing professional Teaching abilities of from the views of colleges,government and teachers.
