The test of modern text reading in College Entrance Examination and the teaching of modern text reading in senior high school have always been the key points and difficulties of Chinese teaching research in senior high school. How to combine and unify these two problems, and give effective teaching strategies to improve the normal modern text reading teaching,is the core content of this paper.Based on the Chinese test papers of the College Entrance Examination in the national volume of the new national curriculum standard, this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic study on the reading questions in modern text readings selected from 2011 to 2016 Chinese test papers of College Entrance Examination in Henan Province. From the comprehensive and systematic analysis of the college entrance examination papers in Henan Province, this topic investigates the modern text reading questions of the national volume during these six years from many aspects involving the proposition basis, questions' type, questions' feature and the variation trend of testing perspectives. From the testing perspective of College Entrance Examination, modern text reading occupies a very important position in the whole Chinese test paper.Investigating the current situation of the class commenting the modern reading tests in the senior high school, this paper finds that the commenting class,as the auxiliary course of modern test reading and one of the regular course for Chinese teaching in senior high school, still exposes some common problems, although teachers and students carry out the requirements of examination outline and the new curriculum standard strictly without compromising on quality. From the effect of classroom teaching, modern text reading teaching is not optimistic, despite taking the most time of the whole Chinese teaching in senior high school and the most energy given by teachers and students. In the classroom teaching, teachers play a more important role in performing lessons like the monodrama, while the enthusiasm of the students is not high.Checking the answers is limited to the answer itself without the extension of knowledge to broaden students' minds.Such kind of class is ineffective and a waste of time.Under the view of modern text reading in College Entrance Examination, the teaching strategy of modern text reading is mainly aimed at the problems in the teaching process of modern text reading to make a concrete and clear strategy for the reading teaching class. In the commenting class of modern text reading, teachers should further change the teaching methods to stimulate students 'interest. At the same time, the teaching subjects also should optimize the teaching strategies of modern Chinese reading in high school to increase students' reading volume in and outside the class and improve their literary quality.Students should make full advantage of the reading class and pay attention to the usual reading accumulation.Teaching managers should attach importance to the serialization of research on reading to implement the systematic teaching in reading. These three aspects are unified in the idea that cultivating students' reading habit should be integrated into modern text teaching.Analyzing the test questions of the modern text reading in national volume from 2011 to 2016 with the current situation of commenting class on modern text reading and the present problems in commenting class teaching, this paper hopes to put forward the practical teaching strategies aimed at improving the teaching effect of modern text reading teaching in the background of the new curriculum reform so that students can improve their reading ability on the basis of the existing modern reading level.
