| Chemistry is a compulsory course in grade nine,because of lack of learning basis and it is also a special subject based on experiment,trivial and involve molecules,atoms and other microscopic abstract fields,which is relatively difficult to understand.In addition to the special geographical location of rural junior middle school,relatively weak educational resources,teachers and more and more left behind children and a series of extremely complex environment,which is currently part of the students learning enthusiasm is not high,the teacher teaching effect is poor and the phenomenon of dropping out of school is becoming more and more serious.To solve these problems,we study the present situation and difficulties of the chemistry teaching in rural middle school,analyze the reason for the formation of the present situation,and probe into how to carry out innovative teaching in rural middle school so as to improve the effectiveness of chemistry teaching by literature analysis,questionnaire and interview method,in Luyi county rural middle school in Henan Province as an example.The results of the study are as follows:1.The uneven distribution of education resources in our country is still serious,some rural schools standardization laboratory,experimental drug equipment,professional laboratory personnel,multimedia teaching equipment is still not perfect,and lack of full-time chemistry teacher,serious loss of high quality teacher resources.2.The concept of education remains to be further improved,which is affected by traditional examination oriented education and education system.Some school still follow the traditional teaching mode,and the teaching effectiveness is not high.3.The influence of education environment is becoming more and more big,on the one hand,from the lack of family education,on the other hand,the "reading useless" social environment,drop out phenomenon is becoming increasingly serious,some students have joined the army of migrant workers.4.A series of innovative teaching strategies,such as increasing the input of educational resources,increasing the quality of teachers and changing the teaching mode,which can improve the effectiveness of chemistry teaching to a certain extent.In conclusion,the rural middle school is the main force of the implementation of compulsory education in our country,which need continuous attention from government departments,education institutions and all walks of life in order to improve the rural middle school education. |
