With the development of vocational education,the importance of “personnel training standard” in the training process of higher vocational colleges has gradually valued in the field of education.However,as the logical starting point of personnel training,the existing personnel training standard hasn’t been divorced from the“discipline framework” and is separated from the practical vocational situation.The“complete” knowledge contained in the vocation is gradually divided.Besides,as a measurement index for personnel training,the personnel training standard also fails to play its role of “ruler” and contains “abstract” expressions of knowledge,skills and attitude without the support of concrete work.The individual construction based on concrete work is gradually decomposed in the process as well.In this paper,the construction engineering technology major is used for an example to analyze the traditional personnel training standard from the perspective of “integration”,aiming at building an “integrated” training standard to provide a new direction for making a personnel training standard and reference for the development of personnel training standards for other disciplines.Therefore,how to solve the dilemma of existing personnel training standard and establish an “integrated” training standard is the key of the paper.Chapter I: Introduction.This chapter mainly includes the reason for research,research significance,literature review,concept definition,theoretical basis,research method and innovation of this paper.Chapter II: Proposal of “integrated” personnel training standard.From the perspective of “integration”,this chapter takes the training standard of construction engineering technology major in higher vocational education for example to analyze problems such as “explicitness” “fragmentation” and “abstraction” in the existing training standard.Chapter III: Characteristics of “integrated” talent training standard.This chaptermainly discusses “holography” “concreteness” and “typicality”.“Holography” focuses on the integrity of personnel training standard;“concreteness” focuses on the feasibility of personnel training standard;“typicality” focuses on the representativeness of personnel training standard.Besides,this chapter explains them by taking the personnel training standard for construction engineering technology major in higher vocational colleges for example.Chapter IV: Development of “integrated” personnel training standard.This chapter takes the construction engineering technology major in higher vocational colleges for example,uses the thought of “integration”,and “extracts”,“concretizes”,“screens” and “describes” the “professional tasks” in the specialty to truly integrate the talent training standard with the specific “vocational situation” and to achieve the“concretization”,“individualization” and “integration” of training standard so that the standard can be truly integrated with “work”.Conclusion: This part further discusses the significance of talent training standard for the whole talent training process.A training standard is not only the logical starting point and measurement index of talent training,but also the reference for training mode,starting point for course development,basis for teaching implementation and criterion for student evaluation.
