College cadres are the advanced representatives in the group of college students.They are responsible for serving students and leading them to grow.College student cadres' leadership is influence.By giving full play to their personal influence,they unite all the students positive and upright,firming Marx's ideals and beliefs,to be all-round development talent.Therefore,the research on leadership of college student cadres has become an important proposition of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges.In order to satisfy the needs of college student cadres' comprehensive development,leadership training is taken as the research subject,college student cadres as the research object,providing better cultivating ways and methods for student cadres to become the leading cadres.In the process of researching,this paper insists on the research of Marx's standpoint,viewpoint and method by using Marx's doctrine as the scientific direction.Using qualitative research methods,in-depth understandings of the different types of materials were interviewed,and explored the problems in the cultivation of college students' leadership.A random sample of parts of cadres and teachers in several Guangzhou University were selected as subjects.In addition,literature research method and comparative study method are used,to provide more reference content and ways to construct leadership training.Through the rooting theory to establish a link between the concepts,the research results reflects no consensus among the students on leadership,not significant in ideological leading,different understanding of service awareness and limited in influence.To enhance the leadership training of student cadres' service,the following measures are proposed:update the concept of“leadership”,play a leading role in ideology,improve the service level of student leaders and enhance the influence. |
