The traditional Wushu routine is a traditional sport which has complex and difficult skills,and needs to be practiced continuously for a long time.In traditional Wushu routine,the body refers to the movements of the details of the waist,crotch and eyes.Using method of Wushu routine in the martial arts has a huge upgrade and ornamental,and the use of body exercise and waist,so use the waist force action is the core issue is Wushu method body.The movement of the waist in the traditional Wushu jacket is the essence of the traditional Wushu routine.In the traditional martial arts in the more common types of boxing for a broad range of audiences,this choice of Taijiquan,Xingyiquan,the traditional method of these three kinds of Changquan styles of traditional boxing respectively by the three kinds of boxing to representative action to express different techniques in action waist movement training at the same time,the waist body action skills also briefly in order to reflect the traditional Wushu has the characteristics of the attack.When describing the waist training in body method,this article will solve the training problems of the individual body expression in the traditional Wushu routine by combining the training with the action and the skills of attack and attack.
