With the continuous deepening of economy reform,college education has gradually stepped into the stage of universal education from elite education.The demand of higher education also unceasingly shows the characteristic of diversification,and meanwhile diversified competition in domestic colleges and universities has been formed.The emergence of a large number of non-governmental colleges and universities meets part of social demands.Now Non-governmental colleges and universities are still in a disadvantaged status in current higher education system for being affected by the operation mode,school-running scale,level,social evaluation,etc.,facing opportunities as well as challenges.Non-governmental colleges and universities need to make great efforts in motivation and cultivation.For example,to establish incentive salary system,which shall arouse teaching and administrative staves’enthusiasm and creativity and strengthen the hard power and competitive capacity of school,thus promoting sustainable development of non-governmental colleges and universities.Focusing on K non-governmental colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the salary control system currently used in school,current situation of implementation and existing problems by applying related theories of salary and salary system,the results of comparative analysis of survey data from teacher questionnaires. |
