| With the emergence of MOOC(Massive Open Online Courses),students from all over the world can learn excellent courses for free from famous university,which has brought great influence and impact on higher education.However,with the development of MOOC,its limitations are also revealed,for example,the registration rate is very high while the completion rate is very low,the lack of face to face communication between teachers and students in learning MOOC,the lack of comprehensive and objective evaluation of students.SPOC(Small Private Online Courses)is emerged in this case,it is a mode of online learning which combine offline learning and online learning,proposed to compensate for the lack of MOOC.Cooperative learning is a common form of blended learning,it finds through literature research that the research on collaborative learning SPOC is less.Based on the investigation and theoretical guidance,the study designs collaborative learning activities base on SPOC,and applies the design to specific courses,include general class and professional class,then through practice,evaluation and reflection,finally the sdudy tries to put forward the design flow-process diagram and related strategies and advices of designing the collaborative learning activity based on SPOC.This study consists of four parts,the main contents are as follows:The first part is the first chapter and the second chapter,it puts forward the research background,present situation of MOOC,SPOC and cooperative learning at home and abroad are described,base on which the research content,purpose and methods of the research are put forward.And the definition of concept of this study,the foundation of theoretical are expounded and analyzed.There are some main theories:constructivism theory,humanism theory and activity theory.The second part is the third chapter and the fourth chapter,it is the investigation of learning situation of the learners of MOOC or SPOC,it also describes the principle of designing collaborative learning activities and the classification of course,base on which the author design the collaborative learning activity base on SPOC preliminary.The third part is the fifth chapter,it is the practice and evaluation of the collaborative learning based on SPOC,which take general courses and specialized courses for the study object.The general courses are<Modern Social Etiquette>and<Mobile Phone Photography>,which carried on two rounds of practice.The specialized course is<Online Course and Learning Evaluation>which carried on three rounds of practice.After each round of practice,the author make summary and reflection,provide the basis to the next round of practice for the improvement.Finally,the author evaluate the collaborative learning activities through evaluation scale,evaluation questionnaire and interview.According to the evaluation and effect of cooperative learning activities base on SPOC,the study puts forward the design flow-process diagram and related strategies and advices of designing the collaborative learning activity based on SPOC.The fourth part is the sixth chapter,which is the conclusion and prospect of this study.Through theoretical analysis and multiple rounds of practice,the study achieves certain effect:learners said that collaborative learning activity offline is a supplement to the online learning,it helps learners to solve the doubts in online learning,and to deepen the learners’understanding of knowledge;At the same time,it strengthens the sense of cooperation of leaners,promotes the emotional communication among learners.In this study,the author puts forward the design flow-process diagram of collaborative learning activity base on SPOC,and puts forward the following strategies and suggestions:the introduction of the study platform and SPOC course,can help to carry out the collaborative learning activities;Determine learning team reasonably,make clear learning target and the reasonable division of the collaborative learning activity in the group plays an important role;The collaborative learning task should be clear;Different learners have different activities design;Different curriculum have different activities design;The learner-centered desigh of collaborative learning activity,with the organization and guide of the teachers and teaching assistants,the lead of group leader,promote collaborative learning activities smoothly and effectively;The use of social software rationally,QQ or WeChat of discussion group can provide help for collaborative learning activities carrying out effectively;Design the collaborative learning evaluation rationally. |
