With the rapid development of education informatization,blended learning as a product of modern information technology and traditional education combined,gradually accepted by more and more people,and with the popularization of information equipment,any organization have conditions to carry out the blended learning.Therefore,there are a lot of studies on Blended Learning,but the contents from the theory to the practice,are generally limited to a specific framework,such as definition,blended learning theory,model and application.The innovation of this study is from the perspective of culture to analysis the blended learning,the research methods including literature method,interview method and questionnaire survey method,the purpose of the study is to put forward new ideas about blended learning from the cultural perspective,so as to continuously improve the blended learning.research content mainly has following several aspects:First,read the relevant literature at home and abroad,to elaborate research background from the integration of information technology and higher education,the wide application of Blended Learning and the change of learning culture in the information age and to analyzes the current situation of online education,blended learning and learning culture.Second,according to the existing research,analysis of the definition of blended learning,learning culture,and then analyzes the definition of blended learning culture.The main theoretical basis includes constructivism theory,instructional design theory,cultural structure theory.Third,to analyze the structure of blended learning culture,and constructing the theory of blended learning culture.The blended learning culture can be divided into four levels:material,system,behavior and concept and through the questionnaire to collect data.From the data obtained can be drawn,students usually use personal computers to complete online learning in the dormitory.from different gender,grade,professional,elective times of blended learning course,in the four aspects of material,system,behavior and idea,the difference mainly exists between different genders,the times of elective blended learning courses can affect students' understanding of the blended learning,and different grades will affect the students' learning effect,interest and motivation,but different majors will not affect students' understanding of blended Learning.Fourth,establish the model of blended learning based on the online education platform,and then tracking research the blended learning course of Talking about astronomy,at last to analysis of the blended learning effect.Fifth,According to the survey results,the author puts forward some countermeasures for the construction of the blended learning culture,and then summarize the conclusions and results of this paper,point out the deficiencies and limitations of the study,and expect the study of blended learning culture can have a further discussion.
