Guided Learning Plan is a learning programme shared by teachers and students in the teaching process of preparation,learning and review according to national and local curriculum objectives and standards,and is targeted,Indigenous and guided,which can ensure the effective implementation of national curriculum and local curriculum,and promote teachers' professional development and students' autonomous learning.In the autumn of 2004,after the work of new curriculum reform in China entered a comprehensive promotion stage,the core of Huangshi was the Guided Learning Plan teaching reform of " teaching,learning,practice and evaluation" in 2006.For more than ten years,because of the implementation of Guided Learning Plan teaching reform,Huangshi has gradually changed the rigid and dull traditional classroom teaching model,teachers and teaching quality has been significantly improved,and the comprehensive score of teaching results in the whole year is high.However,from the use of the status quo and effectiveness analysis,the preparation of four is not uniform opportunities for writers and training,teachers on their positioning and expanding innovation and deficiencies.The use of Guided Learning Plan can reduce the degree of freedom of teachers' teaching and teachers' text interpretation,and stay in the stage of interpreting skills training and students' use burden.The feedback of Guided Learning Plan is based on the situation of students,and the three double system and system innovation,but not implemented in practice.This paper attempts to put forward constructive suggestions in the use and promotion of " he" Guided Learning Plan,it is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is the origin and development of Guided Learning Plan.This chapter mainly expounds the localization,design and implementation of Guided Learning Plan,and summarizes the problems prevalent in Guided Learning Plan.The second chapter is the localization exploration of the ‘four in one'guided learning plan in Huangshi No.eight Middle School.This chapter mainly from the concept and model of " four in one ",and compared with Yangsi middle school,Dulangkou middle school and Xuheng middle school,focusing on the similarities and differences between Donglu middle school and Huangshi No.eight middle school.The third chapter is the use status and effectiveness analysis of‘four in one'guided learning plan.Through the questionnaire survey of parents,students and teachers,this chapter analyzes the use status and effectiveness of Guided Learning Plan.The fourth chapter is the use and promotion of‘four in one' guided learning plan.Based on the existing problems of Guided Learning Plan in Huangshi,this chapter puts forward operable suggestions and improvement plans to promote the use of Guided Learning Plan.The fifth chapter is the reflection of Guided Learning Plan under the background of new curriculum reform.This chapter mainly combined with the new curriculum reform concept,from the compilation of the" four in one' guided learning plan in Huangshi,the use of the whole system,and progress in reflection.
