With the development of society,the eighth basic education curriculum reform in China since the founding of the People’s Republic of China in 90 s.The curriculum reform of basic education advocates the idea of "student oriented",which is to promote the development of every student and the all-round development of students.The new curriculum standard puts forward new requirements for teachers.In twenty-first Century,the Ministry of education pointed out in the "guidance" of Ministry of education,national development and Reform Commission of the Ministry of Finance on the guiding part of local colleges and universities to change the application documents,the development of colleges and universities should adapt to the new normal economic and social development in China,the educational ideas to cultivate applied technical talents.This article mainly through literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other research methods of educational science,in Hubei Province in recent three years into the position of PE Teachers’ professional ability and the related teachers college physical education professional practice model of the research object,subject education,analysis of Hubei province college students majoring in physical education teaching mode from the present situation of primary and middle school teachers ability,demand perspective,points out the limitations of the proposed teaching suggestions,provide a reference for college physical education teachers in Hubei province professional practice teaching.In this paper,through the investigation and interview results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1),Hubei province in the past three years into the position of PE teachers is through public examination and employment form into the primary and secondary schools,their teaching of education theory knowledge,professional knowledge and professional skills to meet the needs of teaching,some teachers education theory knowledge,professional knowledge,professional skills more comprehensive andoutstanding;(2)the physical education teachers in Hubei Province in the past three years have some innovation and scientific research ability;(3)the physical education teachers in Hubei Province in the past three years in the classroom teaching organization,the handling of emergencies,the ability to highlight the personality of students to prepare for the education needs to be improved;(4)the ability of sports teachers in Hubei Province in the past three years should be improved in the organization of sports events,the practice of referee,the organization and command of collective activities.According to the conclusion,this paper puts forward the following suggestions for the physical education major in Hubei teachers college:(1)physical education teachers in Hubei province in the past three years should study and practice in the course of their work,improve their abilities and adapt to the role conversion;(2),majoring in Physical Education in normal universities in Hubei province should attach importance to sports practice curriculum setting,students practice time lengthened,broaden the students’ practice way,not only let the students practice before graduation,should also practice forms during the course of study,practice throughout the undergraduate learning process "the whole process" practice mode.
