Academic Power In The Articles Of The Universities In China

Both academic power and administrative power are an important part of the internal power of universities.Doing research on academic power has gradually become the hot topic in recent years.Although the scholars pay attention to academic power on the value judgment and ideas,the weakening of academic power is still exist.The articles of the universities are the foundation of university's power structure.Analyzing the content of the academic power in the articles of the universities is an important perspective for the study of academic power.Based on this point,this paper will use methods,such as literature analysis and text analysis,to analyze the academic power of the articles of the universities in text form,organization structure and operation mechanism,in order to show the overall picture of the academic power in the articles of the universities in China.The body of this paper content is divided into five parts:The first part analyzes the relationship between the articles of the universities and the university governance.After hundreds of years of historical evolution,the structure and content of the articles of the universities have become more and more perfect.The articles of the universities is the foundation of university governance,it has established the principle of universities,the basic structure and operation mechanism of power.At present,the academic power of universities in China is still lack of security,but under the opportunity of promoting the construction of modern university system,more and more universities put the content of academic power into the articles of the universities.The second part analyzes the text form of the related content of academic power in the articles of the universities in China.Research the text form includes two aspects,the way of presentation,its length and percentage.The related content of academic power includes special type presentation and implicit type presentation,prominently appears and not prominently appears.Research in the form of text length and proportion showing two aspects,the profile type and detail type.The third part analyzes the organizational structure of the related content of academic power in the articles of the universities in China.Research the organization structure of the related content of academic power mainly from three aspects,manages of academic power,responsibility orientation of academic power,organization setup and its authority.The fourth part analyzes the operation mechanism of the related content of academicpower in the articles of the universities in China.The operation mechanism of the related content of academic power includes members of the selection mechanism,review and decision-making mechanism,the implementation and feedback mechanism.The fifth part analyzes the characteristics and existing problems of academic power in the articles of the universities in China.The characteristics of the content of academic power includes three aspects,the content of academic power has convergence,the content of the articles of the universities advocates professor doing scholarly research and the academic authority implements classification management.There are some problems existing in academic power of the articles of the universities,lack of detailed and characteristics content,lack of perfect operation mechanism of academic authority,and still need to consolidate and strengthen the academic power status.
