Since the third industrial revolution in the human into the information society,changing to the innovation talented person's demand more urgent,to cope with the demand,countries are stepping in education reform,the implementation of the new education policy,among them,the cultivation of scientific literacy and scientific inquiry ability is the focus of education reform.And the current through the paper and pencil tests and exams to evaluate students' one size fits all,the students use an index to measure all the students,ignoring the differences between the students,this is not scientific evaluation approach is not comprehensive,some ability doesn't pass the exam measured,therefore,under the new historical conditions,single paper and pencil tests through the evaluation of students is no longer meet the requirement of cultivating new talents,practical ability and innovation ability evaluation are not made by paper and pencil test,the countries all over the world are trying to explore STEM new form of education,and explore its new connotation,and then open the student evaluation of new ideas.This study based on the building of Tianjin youth science and technology center of STEM project learning cloud platform,through building STEM project platform of student evaluation index and evaluation questionnaire design,for the present our country STEM education provide empirical support,enrich the research content of the current student assessment.This paper discusses the issues related to STEM project learning of students assessment,the full text is divided into three parts,the first part is introduction,introduces the problems existing in the current student assessment,the core concept definition and the purpose and significance of this study.The second part of literature review section on STEM,STEM the historical development of project learning and student assessment conducted combing and analysis of relevant literature.The third part is the focus of this article,as well as the innovation of this article,aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional student evaluation,based on the STEM was discussed preliminarily the project build diverse student evaluation index,detailed in the construction of evaluation index and the basic connotation,including the selection of index and index weight calculation,and gives the evaluation system more rich connotation:extended the evaluation content,enrich the evaluation method,increased the evaluation main body.It also makes the evaluation system presented the content integration,method diversification,etc.At the end of the article,for promoting STEM project learning in students' evaluation of the problem put forward personal opinions and Suggestions,in order to better evaluate the students.
