Under the background of further pushing forward the new curriculum reform,how to reform the traditional management pattern in primary and secondary school classes,construct a democratic and scientific class management mechanism and let students grow healthily have become the hot spot of research and practice of class management in primary and secondary schools.On the basis of literature review,combined with the management of the status quo junior class survey from six guiding ideology,objectives,management system,the division of responsibilities,management strategies and evaluation mechanisms,developed in junior classes to carry out self-management intervention Program.A school and then two parallel classes of students as subjects,to begin the three-term action research from the first semester of the seventh grade in the class to carry out self-management intervention classes during the control classes follow the traditional management methods,the study found:1.The class cohesion questionnaire study prepared with good reliability and validity,measured four class cohesion,namely a sense of accomplishment,Atmosphere,Academic classes,democratic management,and actively participate,a coefficients were four subscales:0.86,0.84,0.72,0.72.2,through action research studies have shown that after the implementation of self-management classes,intervention classes class cohesion was significantly higher than the control classes,academic intervention classes also significantly higher than the control classes.3,through the mediating effect of class cohesion test proved that class cohesion between the academic performance of students and class management,played a mediating role fully.Through regression analysis further found that four variables class cohesion,the sense of accomplishment and influence class atmosphere Atmosphere academic achievement plays a significant role,and actively participate in democratic governance and the role is not significant.In general,compared to the traditional class management,the class self-management implemented in junior high school promoted the class cohesion and the comprehensive development of students.According to the experimental results and discussion,this research put forward the suggestions to optimizing the class self-management,mainly include:(1)specify class management goals,promote the construction of management by the goals;(2)change the form of group members:choose the group leaders democratically and the leader select their own group members;(3)guide the students to rationalize and micromanage the class work,and to make responsibility clear,fair and justice;(4)guide the group internal education by using the internal strength of the group;(5)allocate responsibility to each student and make the reward open and transparent;(6)enhance the team’s cohesion by activities and influence the team members by true feelings.The results of this study have the inspiration and the model significance to other similar schools to carry out the class self-management. |
