In recent years,along with the labor force participation and income levels decreasing,Chinese banking industry is facing the intense internal and external competitions.Banking industry female employees have to display a set of various social role and they have the pressure of the work and interpersonal relationships.Besides the working load factor,the marriage pressure of them has obvious influence on their healthy and subjective well-being.Banking unwed elderly female has intense expectations of marriage and more demands for marriage.It leads to the average marital age of them increases year after year and marriage pressure was on to get out later on.They are facing many difficulties in marriage market.The study taking Chinese society culture as background,and combing with particular fact of our county,and the study will be empirical research-based and investigate the present status,cause of infections and adaptation measures of the marriage pressure of banking unwed elderly female.The main purpose of this paper is to this occupational groups standpoints towards marriage,and to upgrade the level of subjective well-being.This article is carries on unwed elderly female of M bank in Guangzhou under the social work theoretical background.Through participant observation and depth interviews,the article investigates and the data collected by several interviewers to analyze the present status of banking unwed elderly female.These pressure manifest The number of banking unwed elderly female stuck in marriage pressure grows,individual's physical and mental become unhealthy,their job get stuck and family relationships become increasingly tense.Their marriage pressure rooted from traditional viewpoints of marriage,the characteristics of the banking sector and personal factors.Finally,the author helped the client to cope with the stresses by boosting confidence,making social support well and growing to their fullest potential.It's good for physical and mental health.Meanwhile,advantages and disadvantages of the case work involved the marriage pressure of banking unwed elderly female have been concluded and the prospect the study presented.This study also can draw on the experience for relieving marriage pressure.
