"Competition is the inherent attributes of sports; contests, competitions are an important form of expression to sports " As the inherent attributes and important form of expression, community sports competition have great role of incentive, publicity and called on to residents,and it is the effective measures which can promote community sports development.As the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games is coming , It has important theoretical value and practical significance to research on the method of Beijing community sports organizations.This study selected in the major urban areas of Beijing mainly carried out by the community over the past two years, the part of communities with different types of sports events for the study, Using literature data, questionnaire, interview, observation, practice law, mathematical statistics, and other research methods, through two different types of community sports development path and organizational management in Beijing, community sports events at home and abroad from the advanced experience of community sports events in Beijing to explore new organizational philosophy, Aims to promote mass sports event to contribute to further development. The main point of this study are as follows:1. Community sports as a national fitness activities in the form of a superior, quickly take root, sprout, and began to thrive In Beijing. With the 2008 Olympic Games to be held in Beijing various community sports in terms of quantity, size, quality and popularity of such areas have made great progress and the formation of a number of traditional landmark event, With the Olympic Games approaching and the state's Community Sports importance of the improvement of community sports events will be a more rapid momentum will continue to develop.2. Currently, there are two kinds of community sports events in Beijing, That is, the community-based sports and social autonomy of community sports events. The sports-oriented community is relying on the Government administrative departments, as well as provincial urban Sports Bureau, the Civil Affairs Bureau, such as the mainstay of civilization offices, From top to bottom in the community events; Independent social community sports events is a street, community, the media or businessmen organised by the voluntary, spontaneous, autonomous communities in the event.3. Beijing's two types of communities in organizing sports events, organized sites, sources of financing, participating groups and settings, and other aspects of the project have a larger difference, And each of them have some problems waiting to be resolved.4. Although there are certain differences between Executive-led type of community sports events and Community-based independent community sports events, But they should be a whole.At present Beijing with two types of community sports events and the actual situation in a number of advanced foreign experience, I will propose a system of league competition organizational methods introduced to the community sports community sports major league organization systems.
