Tour of Taihu Lake road cycling race was named after geographical features in taihu lake area,aims to promote the concept of Yangtze river delta.It is the jiangsu and zhejiang provinces with independent intellectual property rights,the key is to build international brand competition.It has been held for seven success since 2010,and has become four big domestic competition together with Hainan Tour,Qinghai Tour and China Tour.Tour of Taihu Lake international road cycling race while carrying huge commercial value,are also to be the direction of China's top international road cycling events.tour of taihu lake as one of most famous brand in jiangsu province "for the pursuit of a higher competitive level,stronger social influence,has been to upgrade for UCI2.HC intercontinental(top)as the goal.The author as the seventh tour of taihu lake race competition division in 2016,using the method of documentary,field survey and expert interviews and other research methods,will affect the upgrade of competition around tailake,publicity,business,three "pain points" compared with high level of competition,analyze the operation elements and model,and puts forward countermeasures for the upgrade of the event and the further development.The future tour of taihu will be closely around competition organization,extension of events and activities,television,news propaganda work,market development,etc,the tour of taihu lake to the high lift,width to expand,to the essence of power;Connotation and stronger competition and to do big brand extension,by further enhance the level of competition,strengthen the propaganda promotion,strengthen market development,establish a virtuous cycle development model,solid foundation for further continue to improve the competition level.
