Present Situation And Countermeasure Research Of Leisure Sports Development In The City Of Hohhot

Leisure sports as one of the civilized,scientific and healthy leisure lifestyle,having its unique charm,play aninfinitely stimulating role in improving people's physical condition,adapting to society,relieving psychological stress,achieving spiritual power and promoting people's overall physical condition in an optimized way and also it is vitally important in the development of steady economy growth,enhancement of social cohesion and comprehensive development of sports and establishment of a sound lifelong system of leisure sports.Ever since 2008 Beijing Olympic Games,China has achieved gratifying development in leisure sports,more residents have gradually realized the changes brought by it.With the win of holding the 24 th Winter Olympic Games by Beijing and Zhangjiakou,and the 14 th National Winter Games by Hulunbeier Inner Mongolia,combined with the 70 th anniversary of Inner Mongolia and other large scale activities,they will all play a key part boosting the development of leisure sports for the city of Hohhot,Inner Monoglia,even China and Asia.The era of leisure sports is gradually entering the lives of people living in Hohhot,people mainly do physical exercise,supplemented by entertainment and fitness,the concept of "buy health,enjoyentertainment,purchase joy,taste happiness" is gradually accepted,leisure sports has become a key part in balancing the development of People's material life,a booster of feeling the fun of life,experiencing the value of life and also become the main source for people to ease the pressure from life,reduce the pressure from work,and to pursue the true happiness of life.In this paper,we utilize the combination methods of Literature Reference,Mathematical Statistics,Logics Analysis and Questionnaire Survey,etc.to discuss the basic profiles,characteristics and research status quo of leisure sports in both domestic and overseas.This paper takes sample research objectsfrom four districts of Hohhot(Xincheng District,Huihui District,Saihan District and Yuquan District),and further studies the age structure,occupational level,gender and participation in the project to illustrate the procedure from scratch to the initial development,the size,characteristics,etc.and come to a conclusion that the four administrative regions in Hohhot,leisure sports activities are widely accepted by people,the number of participants are increasing year by year,but due to some arbitrariness and limitations,the development of leisure in Hohhot is still in initial phase.Above all,combined with the advantages of urban development structure,the characteristics of local recreational sports activities and the actual situation of government policies and regulations,as well as the constraints of its development and other factors,it is proposed to improve the residents' awareness of leisure sports,propagatewidely,acceleratethe development of new leisure facilities and project configuration,force the government to participate in guiding,and vigorously support the development of leisure sports industry and other recommendations,the purpose is to create a reasonable,healthy and orderly and sustainable environment for leisure sports development environment,more Reference value.
