| The importance of electrical automation technology in the field of modern industrial production is more obvious,and the demand for talents is also expanding.Colleges and universities as an important base for the training of electrical automation technicians,it is necessary to establish an electronic automation experimental platform to improve teaching effectiveness.The current domestic electrical automation teaching platform construction doesn’t worry,development and implementation of electronic automation testing platform is the focus of research analysis,main courses to meet the needs of students at different levels.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part introduces the research background and the importance of developing the electric automation experiment platform.In the basic experiment of electrical automation,the serial communication experiment of PLC converter is designed,based on the M218 PLC,the communication system is designed to realize the speed control of frequency converter.Comprehensive experimental platform design,comprehensive test platform design the experimental electronic most courses,the experimental platform is modular design,each module group and the formation of the test system,the experimental results show that the intelligent monitor.The software design of the integrated experimental platform includes the upper computer and the lower computer,and the modular design method is adopted,and the data collected by the slave computer is transmitted to the host computer to realize various functions.The experiment platform of electric automation can realize most courses of automation specialty,and it is flexible in configuration. |
