In the experiment teaching,Internet technology and virtual instrument technology areintegrated to build a remote virtual reality combined experiment platform.At present,it is the general trend of the development of electric and electronic experimental teaching,which has injected new vitality into traditional experimental teaching.The use of information processing technology and multimedia digital technology is conducive to the realization of resource sharing and resource utilization.It realizes the unrestricted nature of remote experimental teaching.Therefore,we must intensify research and development,openness,stability,and a combination of experimental and practical platforms.It can effectively solve a series of problems caused by the limitations of experimental venues,heavy equipment and high value in traditional electric and electronic experiments.This has important practical value for promoting the development of electrical and electronic experimental teaching.This project comes from the project's remote virtual reality combined experimental platform.The project is based on the construction of a national-level virtual simulation experiment teaching center for electrical and electronics of Dalian University of Technology.The paper first analyzes the research background and development status of the virtual and real experimental platform at home and abroad.In view of the current situation of virtual reality combined with the existence of a single form,lack of platform compatibility and scalability,this paper designs an experimental platform for virtual reality based on cloud services based on NI ELVIS hardware.The platform mainly includes the management system part,the virtual simulation experiment part and the physical experiment part.Then,the paper constructed the physical topology of the experimental platform.Combined with the idea of Java web technology and multi-layer architecture,the management system presentation layer,business processing layer and database access layer are developed on the cloud server.The paper uses the relational schema of E-R graph transformation to design database storage information table.Secondly,the virtual oscilloscope and logic analysis analyzer were designed and developed using G language.The paper designed and programmed the interactive interface code between Multisim and Lab VIEW.Producer and consumer design patterns enable virtual simulation circuit experiments.Then,the YOOSEE module implements the video surveillance function.The 74HC4052 chip works in conjunction withthe relay module SRD-05VDC-SL-C to complete chip selection of the MCP41100 chip.The interaction between the micro-controller stm32 and the MCP41100 chip is realized through SPI communication.It implements a remote online controllable setting of the resistance value of the analog circuit.A custom communication protocol was designed to assist in the design of the transfer of on-line hardware wired control signal and the resistance parameter control signal.The physical circuit board is fabricated.It includes an adjustable counter circuit,a common emitter amplifier circuit,a common emitter-common base amplifier circuit,a base voltage divider emitter bias circuit and a class-A complementary power amplifier circuit.The hardware interface of the circuit board and ELVIS is designed.Test results show that the management system has good user data download and experimental appointment functions.Users can set the virtual simulation circuit resistance parameters online,adjust the power supply amplitude and frequency and view the simulation waveform.The user can also remotely operate the physical circuit board online,adjust the camera angle at any time,change the hardware connection,set the resistance parameters and power parameters and view the physical experiment waveform.The result of the combination of actual and experimental results is consistent.And it is consistent with the theoretical analysis.
