The advancement of education needs to continuously improve the professional quality of teachers,the current research on the teaching ability of teachers has been very rich.However,in the study of the specific teaching ability of language teachers,there are few studies on the teaching ability of Chinese teachers based on the segment..With the development of the professional development of language teachers,how to improve the quality of Chinese teachers' teaching and how to improve the quality of language teaching of Chinese teachers,the research on the structure of teaching ability of Chinese teachers is indispensable.Based on the above reasons,this paper decomposes the structure of Chinese language teaching ability by reading the literature,the teacher's interview and the classroom observation in order to read the teaching ability,writing teaching ability,oral communication teaching ability and comprehensive learning ability And so on as the basic framework of the teaching structure of Chinese language teachers in middle school,taking the pragmatic view as the standard,screening and analyzing the elements of the teaching ability needed by the major dimensions.To enrich the professional development of Chinese teachers before and after the professional development of education research,in contrast to the pre-service language teacher education in the existing problems and solve the problem to provide a reference.The paper writing structure is divided into four parts,the first part is the introduction;The second part mainly discusses the guiding value of pragmatic view in the construction of Chinese teachers' teaching ability;The third part is based on pragmatic view,through the literature collation,teacher interviews and classroom observation and analysis,the construction of language teaching ability screening framework,extract the language of teaching elements;The fourth part analyzes the structure of Chinese language teaching ability under the pragmatic view;Finally,the conclusion part puts forward some suggestions on how to cultivate the teaching ability of Chinese teachers in normal colleges and universities.
