At present,the bio-mechanical study about volleyball jump serving has been deeply researched.There is also less analysis for the action of the force characteristics and muscle coordination.This is detrimental for mastering the technical movements.In this study,through the use of German production DELSYS ? Trigno Mobile wireless portable surface EMG tester(16 Guide)was used to perform the EMG analysis of the athletes' main muscle group in the course of volleyball jump serving process.It was also studied through the test method of Camera Synchronization and then finally calculate its integral electromyography(IEMG),EMG contribution rate and RMS.Did field measurement analysis on the main acting muscles of collage men players' volleyball jump serving,the conclusions of this study are:1)When the athlete is at the final step of finishing approach and take-off action of jump serve,the biceps and deltoid of the upper limb muscles are strongly discharged;Trunk muscles in the erector spinae muscles and trapezius muscle play a major role.The rectus femoris muscle and the medial gastrocnemius muscle of the lower limb muscle group had the highest integral EMG value,which indicated that the use of force on the lower limbs muscle was obvious.2)When the athlete is at the take-off buffering stage,femoral rectus and gastrocnemiusmuscle activity plays a major role in the buffering of lower limb movements.Trunk muscle group trapezius',abdominal oblique muscle together with the vertical spine maintains the trunk straight.Biceps of the upper limb contracted and work strongly to keep the arm swings;But in the stretching stage the myoelectric activity of the gluteus maximus,vastus medialis,rectus femoris and vastus lateralis was maintained at a high position,it helps in the rapid contraction of lower limb muscles.The right biceps' integrated electromyogram reached the maximum of the upper limbs,to make the arms swing toward the front.3)When the athlete is at the air spiking stage,deltoid muscle EMG acts strongestat the moment when the lead arm is pulled backwards,the EMG activity level of biceps,trapezius and erector muscle of spine are relatively high.It is conducive to the completion of arm movements;At the arm swing moment,the forearm of the brachial radial muscle myoelectric activity level is significantly increased as compared to the moment when the upper arm is pulled forward.EMG activity of tricep muscles is strong during the pectoralis' major muscle activity to form a whipping action;The EMG activity of biceps brachii,brachioradialis muscle,deltoid muscle and other initiative force muscles is still at a certain level after the end of hitting.During the forward and back movement of the athletes arms,EMG activity of rectus femoris and abdominal muscle are enhanced,then accomplished by the abdomen movement.
