College students generally lack of understanding of the situation of sports fitness,sports participation is not scientific and perfect,which directly affects the effectiveness of physical fitness.College Students' sports fitness awareness can influence the sports participation mode change,thereby affecting the exercise of college students,the specific impact on College Students' physical fitness level of awareness of sports participation,can effectively guide the college students physical exercise is very important.This paper is divided into three chapters to discuss the university student overall physical fitness awareness,college students' sports fitness participation way,college students' sports fitness awareness of specific impact on sports participation,focusing on the influence of College Students' physical fitness level of awareness of participation in the movement.Affected by the way in sports participation,mainly from sports participation by time,frequency,intensity,the number of projects and motion features five aspects of specific research,which for motion features from master sports skills,professional exercise and sports change,three characteristics the way to describe specific analysis.Finally,through the analysis of the different understanding of sports fitness evaluation on the sports effect degree of College Students' satisfaction,indirectly reflect the sports fitness awareness on the impact of the sports participation,provide a degree of reference.This paper documents the relevant literature data collection method,then using the method of questionnaire survey,through a questionnaire survey of more than 550 students of Sichuan Normal University,Chengdu University and other 5 universities in Chengdu City,and the depth of the actual survey according to the issues related to specific differences;finally,using mathematical statistics method,using the data of the questionnaire are summarized and compared statistical analysis and conclusion of SPSS22.0 software.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)college students have a broad understanding of the basic functions of physical and mental health,but most of the college students have a low awareness of the overall understanding of physical fitness.(2)the mobile Internet and the Internet are important ways to influence the college students' physical fitness.The communication content of College Students' physical exercise has great influence on the college students' physical fitness.(3)the degree of College Students' sports fitness has a significant influence on their sports participation.The higher the degree of College Students' physical fitness is,the longer the exercise time is when they take part in physical fitness.(4)The higher the college students' sports fitness awareness,to a certain extent,the physical fitness exercise in the exercise frequency is higher in the will,but except for a high level of knowledge of college students.(5)the higher the degree of College Students' physical fitness,the higher the participation of the students in the higher level of sports skill participation.(6)the higher the college students' sports fitness awareness,adjusting for changes in the way of movement degree is higher(7)the higher the degree of College Students' physical fitness is,the more the number of sports is used.(8)the degree of College Students' physical fitness awareness is significantly related to their sports participation.The higher the college students' sports fitness awareness,exercise intensity of the exercise participation is higher.(9)the higher the degree of College Students' physical fitness,the more positive the self-evaluation of the sports effect.
