Research On The Construction Of Intermediate Index System Of Rifle Shooting Athletes In China

Research purpose:The achievements of Chinese shooting team has a closer relationship with each provincial team's personnel transport.And the reserve talents of each province and city come from the scientific selection system.At present,China hasn't own yet a comprehensive and complete systematic research which targets the intermediate selection indicators of rifle shooting athletes.Most of them focus on the athletes' psychological selection.Through systematic and investigation on the selection index of the rifle shooting athletes.This study intends to establish a primary and comprehensive index system of the mid-level selection of our country's rifle shooting athletes,to provide more reserve talents for our country and provide a strong guarantee for the talent development of rifle shooting project.The Research methods:This study uses the Delphi method,mathematical statistics and other methods combined with the project characteristics and expert advice of rifle shooting campaign to determine the selection index and weight at all levels.The results of the research are as follows:(1)Based on the deep analysis of the shooting sports project and sports characteristics as well as theoretical knowledge of the athletes' scientific material selection,this paper constructs a complete index system of intermediate selection indicators of rifle shooting athletes,putting theoretical knowledge into actual practice.The athlete's mid-level selection index system consists of 5 primary indicators,13 secondary indicators and 42 third grade indicators about evaluation of rifle shooting athletes selection.The 5 primary indicators are body shape,function,physical fitness,sports psychology and intelligence and exercise special.The 13 secondary indicators concludes length,body composition,respiratory function,cardiovascular function,neurological function,strength,endurance,joint activity Degree,balance,athletic ability,personality traits,live ammunition and coaches evaluate.The body length,shoulder width,hip width,weight BMI index and body fat percentage are the body shape indexes of rifle shooting athletes.The vital capacity,vital capacity BMI,cardiac function index,pulse pressure difference,quiet heart rate,step test,activity type,vagus nerve regulation system influencing factor and sympathetic nervous system regulation system are the performance index of the rifle shooting athletes.Back muscle strength,plate support,grip strength,flexion and artament,3000 m / 1500 m,20 seconds repeated,1 minute Jumping rope,shoulder joint flexibility,seat flexion,longitudinal pedal and eyes closed single foot standing are the rifle shooting athlete's physical quality indicators.Average reaction,muscle force,nine-hole instrument,line tracking,temperament type,IQ and EQ Is the rifle shooting athlete's sports psychology and intelligence indicators.The best results,air rifle 60/40 hair,running gun smoothness,aiming coherence,will quality,self-control ability and ability to accept are the rifle shooting athletes' special sport index.(2)Through three rounds of questionnaire survey and sorting,statistics and analysis of the importance of indicators at all levels and expert scoring situation,this study sorts each indicator according to their importance.The weight of each index of primary indicators is the movement psychology and intelligence,sports special,physical quality,function and body shape respectively.The weight of each index of secondary indicators is body composition,cardiovascular function,endurance,balance,exercise psychological ability and coaches evaluation.The higher weight of each index of third grade indicators is the weight value of the three indicators are relatively high hip width,body fat rate,BMI index,vital capacity,Quiet heart rate,step test,type of nerve activity,flat support,3000 m / 1500 m,shoulder flexibility,eyes closed feet,muscle force,air rifle 60/40 hair,running gun stability and so on.The research results are as follows:(1)The mid-level selection index system of rifle shooting athletes in China is constructed,including body shape,function,physical quality,sports psychology and intelligence,and special sports for Chinese rifle shooting athletes.(2)Rifle shooting athletes' intermediate selection index system weight is established.The selection of rifle shooting athletes in China should focus on handlength,BMI index,vital capacity,quiet heart rate,neural activity type,the core strength,aerobic endurance,longitudinal pedal,muscle force,temperament type,live ammunition,And second deduction coordination and other indicators.
