With the development of social economy,education has been paid more and more attention.The professional development of teachers has become one of the hot spots of educational research.Teachers 'teaching ability as an important part of teachers' professional ability,has also been paid more and more attention.And as a teacher professional core competence of the teaching design ability,it has a direct impact on the effect of teacher education and teaching.Therefore,the junior middle school chemistry teacher's teaching design ability as a research topic,hoping to improve the quality of junior high school chemistry teaching to provide a useful reference.Based on the research of various kinds of teaching design ability and the characteristics of junior high school chemistry knowledge,this paper chooses the theme of "law of conservation of mass",and compiles the teaching idea of "law of conservation of mass of junior middle school chemistry teacher" Questionnaire ",the questionnaire survey of 141 first-line junior middle school chemistry teachers in Hebei province was carried out,and the teaching design texts of "law of conservation of mass"of 24 junior middle school chemistry teachers were selected.The survey data are analyzed by Excel and SPSS13.0.The statistical results are analyzed and the following conclusions are obtained:(1)The overall level of teaching design ability of junior high school chemistry teacher "law of conservation of mass" is better;(2)School level,teacher education,title,title,award,honorary title and other factors have a certain impact on the teaching design ability of junior high school chemistry teachers.With the growth of these factors,teachers' teaching design ability level The higher the gender has little effect on the teacher's design ability;(3)The survey results are in line with the true level of the measured teacher.According to the conclusion,combined with the characteristics of junior high school chemistry teachers,some suggestions are put forward as follows:(1)teachers should learn more from the design ability and classroom treatment of teaching evaluation,and the new teachers should learn from old teachers;(2)Schools should advocate mentoring system,the implementation of teachers to teach the case study and teacher training program.
