Since twenty-first Century,China conducted several times of basic education curriculum reform,in the tide of the new curriculum reform,the traditional school sports curriculum has not adapt to the development of modern school sports teaching requirements.In order to further promote the school sports teaching reform,expand physical education curriculum content,improve students' social ability and stimulate students' interest in sports.To enhance the ability of students' survival and life,including some emerging sports orienteering,was introduced into the middle school physical education and health curriculum.This reform tide also put forward an important concept of physical education curriculum resources.For a long time,the rural junior high school physical education curriculum The content structure is relatively simple,the development of PE curriculum content resources is also very simple,the majority of educators of rural junior high school teachers in rural areas and other places to contact the content of PE curriculum content resources is relatively small.Therefore,we should increase the development and utilization of the source contents of junior high school physical education curriculum in rural junior high school physical education curriculum,the function and change of rural students learning style,in order to complete the target of PE curriculum,promote the sports curriculum reform in rural junior middle school continuously.Through the practice of opening school orienteering teaching in junior middle school physical education in rural areas,to explore the creation of campus Orienteering curriculum in rural junior middle school students' physical health and Effect.To expand the resources of junior high school sports and health curriculum content in rural areas,promote the development of campus Orienteering provides theoretical and experimental support.Campus orienteering is a new sports in intelligence and physical strength in one,not only requests the athlete to have enough endurance,and athletes have a certain amount of intelligence,for example,can quickly familiar with the environment,identify the direction,fast map reading.This study takes Yixian County Santanghu junior middle school students of two classes in grade two the object of study.The height,weight,body shape BMI as test index,vital capacity and body function in heart rate as test indexes,with girls and boys 800 meter run 1000 meters as endurance test index,with a solid ball and standing long jump as the test index of power quality,to 10 meters * 4 run as sensitive indicators of the quality of testing,50 meters to run as the test index to speed quality,flexibility quality body antexion as test index.The use of literature,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and other research methods,after the 12 week teaching experiment for 87 students,before and after the experiment of body shape,body function and the physical quality test,and the obtained data were analyzed by SPSS20.1.The results of the study:After the experiment the experimental class and the control class height,weight and BMI were no significant difference(P>0.05);students' vital capacity has been significantly increased,the ventilator for students can play a significant role in promoting,the male is more prominent;the students heart rate change is very small(P>0.05),students of lower extremity strength speed quality,agility,endurance have improved,the most obvious endurancequality.The conclusion of the study:After the 12 week teaching experiment,data analysis shows that the campus Orienteering has a positive impact on body function and the quality of rural junior high school students.Therefore,as an emerging sport,Orienteering Courses can be promoted in the rural junior middle school.
