With the deepening of teaching reform,more and more information tools are swarming into the classroom,and students’ learning style has become diverse,while information technology has broken through the concept of CAI,which has become an indispensable part of students’ learning.In June 2016,“Education Informatization Planning in 13 th Five-Year” proposed to “actively promote information technology education and integration of innovation and development”,improve the quality of education,and to cultivate high-quality talents.As a hot spot in classroom research,the teaching focus of flipped classroom shift from teaching materials to students,and change the traditional classroom structure,integration of teaching resources,break the information technology and teaching "two skins" phenomenon,has been recognized by educators.This paper takes Hebei H university as an example to carry out the second batch of online teaching resources construction and practice project as an opportunity to flipped classroom,combined with literature research method,questionnaire method,classroom observation method,action research method,in the base of the investigation of the present situation of H University’s flipped classroom,this paper constructs the online learning environment of flipped classroom and the flipped classroom teaching-learning model from the perspective of students,to carry on the empirical research,which based on and with law and Public Administration School of "economic law" as the research object,The ultimate goal is to explore the effect of the flipped classroom.This paper is divided into five parts altogether.The first part is the introduction,which discuss the background and significance of the study of flipped classroom,research purpose and significance,research contents and methods,as well as relevant theoretical basis;The second part is the overview of the flipped classroom,which mainly introduces the meaning and characteristics of the flipped classroom,and also cards and analyzes the current situation of the research on the flipped classroom;The third part is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the university’ flipped classroom,including the questionnaire survey and classroom observation.Based on the analysis of the questionnaire data and the results of classroom observation,this paper summarizes the problems arising from the implementation process of the flipped classroom from the perspective of students.The fourth part is the empirical research of university students from the perspective of flipped classroom.The author constructs the online learning environment model based on flipped classroom and the flipped classroom teaching-learning model from the perspective of students,which are applied to the actual teaching,tracking the implementation process,and analyze the learning effect of students;The last part is the summary and outlook.This paper puts forward the innovation and deficiency of the research,and looks ahead the flipped classroom teaching in the future.In general,the flip classroom as a product of the times,breakthrough time and space constraints of traditional teaching that the students can learn at anytime,anywhere,with the need to learn,this paper provides new ideas for teaching reform.
