Basic education curriculum reform puts forward new requirements to teachers,teachers are no longer only impart knowledge,teachers should constantly improve their own professional development,strive to become a "research-oriented teachers".The purpose of the reflective teaching is to promote teachers' development,reflective teaching is a teacher with the help of action research to explore and resolve the problem of teaching purpose and teaching tools and so on,combine "learn to teaching" and "learning to learn",Efforts to improve teaching practice rationality,make yourself become the research-oriented teachers.The basis of teachers' continuous improvement is reflective teaching,and eflective teaching is the key to improve the teaching level,is the assurance of the creative implementation of the new curriculum.In this paper,using literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method to investigate and analysisthe current situation of junior high school biology reflective teaching,aim is to understand the problems in junior middle school biology reflective teaching,and put forward the corresponding solution strategy.Finally,expounds the process of reflective teaching junior high school biology teaching,and presents the application of reflective teaching in junior middle school biology,to provide the reference for junior middle school biology teacher.First of all,I surveyed the teacher in Yantai through the questionnaire and interview,aim is to understand the current situation of junior middle school biology reflective teaching,the junior high school biology reflective teaching of yantai zhifu,laishan district,development zone,fushan district exist the following problems:(1)Teacher's perception of reflective teaching does not reach the designated position;(2)Teachers lack the awareness of reflective teaching;(3)Teachers lack timely reflection after class;(4)The content of the reflection is not comprehensive;(5)Ways of introspection are not multiple.Secondly,in view of the junior high school biology teachers' reflective teaching practical problems,I put forward the corresponding solution strategy:(1)To encourage teachers to learn,to improve theoretical knowledge;(2)To create a reflectionatmosphere;(3)To create a reflection atmosphere,and Improve the awareness of reflective teaching;(4)Grasp the reflection time,be adept in finding the problem;(5)Found that the problem using a variety of way.Finally,on the basis of biology teaching in junior high school,I detailed introduces the process of reflective teaching,Includes the following aspects: found the problem-put forward the hypothesis-practical verification-evaluation and reflection,Through the reflection to find new problems again.Reflective teaching process is a process of spiral ascension,reflective teaching to make teaching time more rationalization,promote the professional development of teachers.Took learning<Take good care of the vegetation,make our country green >as an example,Introduced how to carry out the reflective teaching,as a certain reference for junior high school biology teachers.
