In recent years,Western psychology has begun to explore the relationship between procedural justice and work pressure,and has some empirical research,there is no domestic relationship between the two studies.Through the analysis and discussion of the status quo of the morality of the middle school teachers ’procedures,the author studies the research on the fairness of the middle school teachers’ procedures.By analyzing the relationship between the procedural justice,the sense of alienation and the work pressure,the sense of alienation The intervening variables between pressures widen the scope of research in related fields.A questionnaire was used to investigate the 380 middle school teachers of Qufu Normal University and Qufu Primary School Middle School through the use of secondary school teacher program fairness scale,middle school teacher ’s sense of alienation and middle school teacher’ s work pressure scale.After the investigation and consultation with the leaders,the author interviewed the first-line secondary school teachers and obtained the pressure of middle school teachers ’work pressure.On this basis,the middle school teachers’ work pressure scale was adapted and the school program was validated.The reliability of the scale and the work pressure scale.A total of 380 questionnaires were distributed,332 valid questionnaires were retrieved and 87.36%were valid.SPSS20.0 was used to analyze the final valid data.Through the analysis of the relevant data using SPSS20.0,the independent sample T test and the one-way ANOVA were used to analyze the demographic statistics variables of middle school teachers’ procedural justice,job alienation and work pressure.Based on this,This paper uses the linear regression analysis to analyze and verify the mediating effect of middle school teachers ’procedural justice,job alienation and work stress,and to analyze the correlation effect of middle school teachers’ procedural justice,job alienation and work stress.And the following assumptions are validated: whether there is a correlation between the procedural justice of the middle school teacher and the pressure of work;whether there is a correlation between the sense of alienation and the work pressure and whether the sense of alienation in the relationship between the procedural justice and the workpressure To mediate the role.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The level of fairness of middle school teachers’ procedures is generally on the middle level,and the difference between sex,age and highest education is not significant.(2)The level of alienation of middle school teachers’ work is not significantly different from the norm,but there is no significant difference between the highest and the highest degree.(3)The level of stress in middle school teachers is at a moderate level,and there is no significant difference in gender,age and age.There are significant differences in the highest academic qualifications.(4)procedural justice,work sense of alienation on the work pressure of secondary school teachers have a significant predictive effect;which is just a negative process,work alienation is positive.(5)middle school teachers work sense of alienation in the process of fairness and work pressure between the two intermediary role is significant,the work of alienation in the procedural justice and work pressure between the intermediary role. |
