Before 1999,the volleyball team did not count as lost points and each team had two serve opportunities,so the team did not pay attention to the quality of serve.In1999,the International Federation of Volleyball Volleyball Competition Rules,"the ball scoring system",serve as a direct or indirect result of scoring technology,the quality of the service directly affect the outcome of the game,the importance of serving to enhance.There are two factors that affect the quality of service,one is the technical factors,the second is the psychological factors.For beginners,the technical level is basically the same circumstances,the psychological factors to become the main factor in the success rate of dominance.Beginners of the success of the degree of success from the psychological point of view,is the desire to succeed in the desire to succeed and the success of the pursuit of the sense of accomplishment,that is,achievement motivation.Through the teaching of the volleyball students,students learn the basic theory in the classroom,but the practice is not good,in the technical mastery proficiency to be improved.Students with poor learning attitude even appear to give up contact behavior,this behavior is about to become a sports teacher students is not desirable.Therefore,this article through the experimental method of experimentation,the students learn to learn from the positive serve,combined with the psychological measurement tool "achievement bias individual differences table",the level of achievement motivation to monitor and measure,according to the different levels of achievement of students put forward the corresponding countermeasures,And then improve the positive motivation of students to improve students to master the use of volleyball skills and use level.At the same time,in the course of the experiment constantly summed up and summarized to help teachers to establish and improve the achievement motivation to stimulate measures to enable students to subjectively improve the enthusiasm of learning for teachers to provide theoretical reference.Northeast Normal University as a training of high-quality people's sports teacher's cradle,not only requires students to master and use of sports skills on the better,but also to help students establish self-confidence,to develop students positive motivation.In this paper,a total of 32 people in the two classes of physical education in2015 as the experimental object,any designated a class as an experimental class,another class as a control class.In accordance with the "Northeast Normal University School of Physical Education Teaching Calendar" in the teaching of volleyball positive serve on the level of achievement to monitor the performance of the study to observe the achievement of the mastery of the technology and the use of a significant increase,and the use of literature,,Interviews,mathematical statistics and logical analysis of the research process and test results were sorted out,combined with the relevant literature research results inductive,reasoning and discussion,and finally analysis and summary.Research shows:1 Experimental results show that students achievement motivation level is generally low,poor service technology.After the experimental process,the experimental class students achievement motivation level and serve scores were significantly higher than the control class,indicating that the level of achievement motivation can be intervened by external means,thereby affecting students' academic performance.2 In the process of physical education,teachers should pay attention to the psychological level of students,cultivate students' positive motivation and enhance their self-confidence to make their consciousness to the task.3 Although the theory of achievement motivations has matured,the measurement tools in the field of education,especially in the field of physical education,are still imperfect,which has hindered the impact of the study on the impact of achievement motivation on education.
