Research On The Psychological Crisis Management Of Middle School Students

In recent years,news about middle school students' running away from home and students' committing suicide frequently appear in newspapers,networks and other media.Various investigations show that the psychological crisis condition of middle school students in China are worrying,and middle school students' mental health problems need more attention from all aspects of society.Middle school students are the future of the country and the builders of the future society,so how to help middle school students to get rid of the mental health problems is an important topic for research,for it is closely related to the improvement of the quality of our citizens and the harmony and stability of the society as well.Based on the survey of the current situation in the psychological crisis management of middle school students in Sanshui District of Foshan City,Guangdong Province,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the psychological crisis management of middle school students,and,combined with the related theories at home and abroad,explores the countermeasures of establishing the Psychological Crisis Management System of Middle School Students,including the Three-grade Psychological Crisis Prevention Mechanism,the Psychological Crisis Management Mechanism and the Psychological Crisis Rehabilitation Mechanism.The Psychological Crisis Management System of Middle School Students should give priority to the prevention of the psychological crisis of middle school students,focusing on routine and basic prevention work,such as creating the school environment which is conducive to the healthy growth of the students,enhancing students' self psychological reconciliatory ability,establishing the Early Warning System,developing the Emergency Action Plan,strengthening the construction of the crisis intervention team and so on.Meanwhile,Psychological Crisis Management Mechanism and the Psychological Crisis Rehabilitation Mechanism are also needed to be established for the management of psychological crisis event and the reconstruction afterwards.From the perspective of management,this paper puts forward some concrete suggestions for the educational administration departments,school administrators and workers on students' psychological health management.
