Under the current educational background,it is practical significance to explore a effectively way to promote the Continuing development of teachers,whether it is for teachers,schools,students,or educational reform advocates.The way in which cooperation is more effective in promoting the continuous professional development of teachers and groups has been demonstrated by most of the current international and foreign practices and studies.Continuing Professional Development(CPD)is a dynamic process of teacher development and continues development of the process,it emphasizes not only the results,but also stressed the professional development of teachers in the process.In the form of continuing professional development,it requires teachers to continue to improve their professional knowledge and professional skills in addition to the basic training necessary to participate in the work,and the way of cooperation becomes the most effective way to promote the Continuing Professional Development of teachers.This study chooses a new school in J province as a case to explore the pattern of its teachers 'cooperation,the existing problems,the influencing factors,the meaning and the relationship with the sustainable professional development.It is hoped that through the research to explore the effective promotion of teachers' professional development strategies.In order to understand the actual situation of Continuing professional development of cooperative teachers in case schools,this paper mainly adopts the methods of observation,semistructured interviews and questionnaires to carry out research work.The results show that there are clear teachers' professional development system and objectives in the D school,the school will also organize various forms of cooperation activities,and the school teachers on the cooperative professional development also have a clear understanding,such as cooperation to schools,teachers and The continuing professional development of students has a very important role.Although cooperative professional development is recognized and recognized by most teachers,there is a lot of teachers who are reluctant to cooperate because of the small groupism in the cooperative professional development activities held in schools and the cooperative operation mechanism And the lack of cooperative culture,and the influencing factors of these problems are mainly manifested in the individual level of teachers,the social impact level,the school environment level,The individual level of performance in the cooperation is not strong,too little time,lack of capacity,the teacher's personal reasons.Social impact level in the performance of interpersonal quality,trust and so on.What isthe school environment level,such as organizational structure,the system(cooperation opportunities,incentives,environmental support,etc.)and so on.Therefore,in view of the above problems,teachers must first raise awareness of the of continuing professionalismdevelopment,strengthen their own sense of cooperation,cooperation and accomplishment;schools should improve the team's awareness of teachers in the system for the professional development of teachers to provide protection,Establish a cooperative campus culture.In short,for teachers and schools to achieve continuous professional development in cooperation,the school according to the actual needs of teachers to carry out cooperative activities,and in the system to give teachers support and protection.Teachers' cooperation consciousness and cooperation literacy need to be strengthened,and the promotion of school leadership is also indispensable.These are the problems that schools and teachers deserve to pay attention to and think,and it is also worthy of further consideration in the research process.
