Research Of The Implicit Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities

Colleges and universities shoulder the important mission cultivating qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the ideological and political education is an important part of it.Looking back to history,the explicit ideological and political education with the characteristic of infusing theory directly has made remarkable achievements once in a certain stage and has showed its unique advantages.But as well,with the deep reform of the domestic and foreign environment and the new characteristics of college students,the traditional single explicit ideological and political education is unable to complete the new task independently,the effectiveness crisis of the ideological and political education has widely appeared in colleges and universities.To solve this problem,we must respect and follow the objective laws of the formation and development of human values,and then change the single explicit way of ideological and political education.And the “implicit education” carried out in the Pedagogy field gives us some enlightenment and reference,that is,to attach great importance to the implicit ideological and political education on the basis of the explicit one.The article uses the literature research,comparative research,case analysis and comprehensive analysis and other research methods,aims to discussing the basic theory,current situation and problems of the implicit ideological and political education,as well discussing the countermeasures for promoting the practical development of it,starting from the research orientation as an existing form of the ideological and political education.The implicit ideological and political education is a kind of existing form of the ideological and political education.It is made up of four basic elements,including the educators,the education object,the education content and method,and the education resources and carriers.It has some characteristics,such as the concealment of education aim,the diversity of education form,the naturalness of education process and the permeability of the education method,etc.Implicit ideological and political education has extensive theoretical basis,including Marxist Theory,the Unconscious Theory and the Implicit Learning Theory and the Constructivism Theory of Psychology,the Life Education Theory of Pedagogy,and the Human Socialization Theory of Sociology,etc.When comes to the reality,we can see that some colleges and universities have some existing and exploratory practice of implicit ideological and political education,and its educators team is continuously updating,the resources and carriers are also expanding,and the advantages and effects of it have got a certain degree of recognition,but it is still a single spark,and has yet to reach start a prairie fire.In the practice area,there are still lots of problems,due to the deficiency of principles and basic theory,the deficiency of educators' quality,the development insufficient of resources and carrier,the lack of effective evaluation mechanism and safeguard system,and so on.To solve these problems,the author explores and presents four countermeasures,that is,to establish principles and concepts and to strengthen the basic theory research,to improve the quality of the educators,to develop and use the education resources and carriers positively,to establish an effective evaluation mechanism and safeguard system.And try to build explicit-implicit model of ideological and political education,to make the implicit ideological and political education plays a supplementary role when the explicit one is guaranteed to play the dominant role,we need to make the two complement each other,supplement each other,and find a reasonable balance between the cultivation of rational thinking and the edification of perceptual thinking,between the education of theory and the guidance of value,in order to enhance the actual effect of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
