With the deepening of reform and opening-up,China's economy has entered a period of social transformation,social values and diversified characteristics,school,family and students' status have exerted a great influence on the cultivation of the political accomplishment of the high school students.In this paper,by means of questionnaire survey and field interviews survey it is found that the political accomplishment overall performance of the majority of high school students is healthy,but there are still many problems.Some of them on the political life of the attention is generally low,and the situation of the political accomplishment does not meet the needs of social development,being lack of political knowledge and political extracurricular knowledge;the students' political participation is low-level and some students' political sensitivity is also low;the political attitudes and the political behavior is inconsistent,and some students' political emotion is indifference;the political ideal and belief is blurry,and the political pursuit is utilitarian.Based on the research results of domestic and foreign experts,from the perspective of the politics teaching in Senior High School,I inquire into the cultivation of the students' political accomplishment,and strive to find some suitable teaching methods and teaching mode for the needs of students,to cultivate and stimulate the students' interest in political accomplishment.With my teaching practice experience,this paper mainly discusses the effective teaching methods and teaching model——the situational teaching method,thr experience teaching method,the emotional rendering teaching method,and attempt to be in the perspective of students' political accomplishment training from the teaching mode of model education and life oriented teaching,emphasis on the combination of the advantages of both the political role analysis is experienced in the use of the teaching mode of the students' political accomplishment training,from the political role analysis experience teaching mode in middle school political accomplishment training feasibility study,path analysis,case teaching and other aspects of in-depth research,and finally summarizes the pros and cons of the political role analysis note experiential teaching mode,hoping to help the senior high school students to male their own contribution to the cultivation of the political accomplishment.
