The relationship between teachers and students is the most basic and important relationship in the teaching process.In this relationship,educators and educatee are struggling,promoting and communicating with each others.Teacher-student relationship is a dynamic process of development,and the most ideal relationship we chase for is the harmonious state of this relationship.However,the conflict of teacher-student relationship appears in the media frequently,what's more,the social background has changed a lot.Issues discussed in this article is the status of the relationship between teachers and students in middle school and how to harmonizing it.This article utilizes the research method of literature research,comparative analysis,questionnaire survey and ideal contact with reality to find out the current situation of the relationship of teachers and students in middle school,and provides the reference of how to harmonizing teachers and students in middle schools.This article has five parts,the writer takes a brief review of current research on teacher-student relationship and research methods in the first part.The second part of this article analyzes the orientation and construction theory of harmonious teacher-student relationship and grasps the essential part of this study.The third part analyzes the current situation of the relationship between teachers and students in middle school,and try to find out the real and vivid condition by analyzing the positive and negative aspects.In thefourth part of the article the writer analyzes the new context of the current to build a harmonious teacher-student relationship in detail,and digs the new background from three aspects : the new concept of teachers and students,new role transfer of teachers and the features of the generation after 00 s.In the final part of this article,combined with the current situation of teachers and students in middle school and the new background,the writer puts forward the exploration about the way of constructing a harmonious teacher-student relationship from three parts:the class relationship,interpersonal relationship and emotion relationship between teachers and students,come up with creating a democratic teaching environment,carrying forward the concept of equal love and strengthening the communication between teachers and students this three ways.
