Exploring The Way To Construct Harmonious Relationship Between Teachers And Students In Tourism Vocational School

Tourism vocational school supplies practical and technological talents for the development of tourism industry. The quality of graduates in tourism vocational school has great effects on the development of tourism industry. In order to improve the occupation education in secondary vocational school and cultivate the high-quality education, we need to start from the aspects of students, teachers and campus cultural in secondary vocational school. I think one of the bases is the relationship between the teachers and students. The establishment of a harmonious relationship between teachers and students, not only conducive to the harmonious campus, but also promote the development of Tourism Vocational education. But a series of problems such as "indifference", "conflict", "nanny" has seriously affected the relationship between our teachers and students. Though the study of harmonious relationship between teachers and students, I hope this topic can explore and summarize a series of feasible methods and do a little bit for the harmonious campus in tourism vocational school.This paper though the study methods of the literature research method, interview method, case analysis method, question survey method and so on. This paper is divided to four parts:The first part proposes the question, the study of the present situation home and abroad and the innovation and deficiencies, By looking at the data, found that most of the current research on the relationship between teachers and students focus on the colleges but not on the vocational school, therefore, I will study the way how to construct harmonious relationship between teachers and students from the vocational school; The second part is definite the related concepts, characteristics and significance of the harmonious relationship between teachers and students; The third part, through the questionnaire survey, teaching case analysis, interviews and other methods to understand the relationship between tourism and a series of problems of the secondary vocational school, and to analyze the reasons from three aspects of the government, teachers and students. The last one is trying to find the way to construct the harmonious relationship between teachers and students from the government, teachers and students.
