The final destination in this research is to find out the relationship between organizational identity and social identity.In the other sides,organizational identity contains the identity of sycology and action,the paper also answers the relationship between the three kinds of organizational identity and organizaional public behavior.At the same time,the paper states how to develop usefully social identity to promote harmonious society,literature search,it also means the relationship between social identity and harmonious society,I think the harmonious society is decided by members'social identity in some ways,and social identity is also leaded by organizational identity in some ways.This paper puts the three conceptions togather.Paper research and literature research are used in my research.Firstly,I read a lot of literatures related in and out of my country to know the researching statement about organizational identity and social identity,then contrayed the both to find out their inner relationship.508 papers is used in this research into four enterprises.The research data is dealed by SPSS.By analysing the research data,I find out that there is relationship between the three kinds of organizational identity and public behavior.when one's organizational identity sychology comes true, it will lead to their positive public behavior,which I used social thansaction theory to prove.The paper explains the relationship between organizational identity and social identity,by analysing the research data,it concluds that the level of organizational identity affects social identity,I think whether one has social identity more or less depends on his organizational identity.The organization connects people to the society,the more one identities his organization,the more he identities the society.This conclusion is based on social identity theory,which means self-prefference and positive differrence, people are used to making a differrence from others in profits and value.people usually get what they want from their organization,and the level of organizational identity depended whether people satisfied with what they wanted.So,it concluds that organizational identity and social identity are definitely relevant.At last,the paper relates the relationship between social identity and social harmony,when people identify their society deeply,they will try their best to keep the society in harmony,or else,it will lead to controversy.There is no doubt that social identity can make an effect to the harmony of the society.
