With the guidance of the New Curriculum Standard,the writer uses Flipped Classroom Teaching in upper primary school vocabulary teaching.The writer takes the students in Changchun Xisan Primary School as subjects,and teaches them for six weeks,aiming to find out whether the Flipped Classroom Teaching could improve the students' interest in English;whether it could help the students get some learning strategies and improve their learning.Before the experiment,the writer has a survey about the students ' current learning and interest about English vocabulary.In the experiment,the writer put the modified version of the"Three Steps Five Link" of Nanshan Experimental School.The writer uses the course book of Shanghai Education Publishing House,teaching all the six units in the course book.The writer has a test and carries out a survey after the experiment.Then the writer analyzes all the data before and after the experiment,and find that the application of Flipped Classroom Teaching can stimulate the students interest in learning English vocabulary,help the students get some learning strategies and also improve their marks in the test.Although the experiment has some positive results,the writer also finds there are some problems:the difficulty of use the equipment,the time for watching the video,inappropriate use of learning strategies and the inefficiency of the micro-class.The writer also gives some suggestions about how to solve those problems.The thesis tries to explore the practical use of Flipped Classroom Teaching in classroom teaching,which offers some conclusions for the future study on vocabulary in upper primary school.The writer hopes the experiment could provide some findings which could help future study.
