Education of high school is a critical time in the development of students' various aspects ability.Nowadays,imbalance appears in the process of high-school education in China,and exists uneven at different regions.As a result,this unfair phenomena causes good school becomes better,bad school becomes worse and to some extent,affects the ability of the students' development.Hence,the writer illustrated a example of model for jointly school of the first middle school of Puyang county and Zhengzhou first middle school to research its merit-demerits and general adaptability.Taking biology teaching for example,researchs were conducted in students from satellite class(S-Class)and regular class(R-Class)at the first middle school of Puyang County.Each grade selectes two S-Class and R-Class that have fifty students.And design high school students' interest in learning and earning ability questionnaire to Investigate S-Class and R-Class of students learning interests and learning ability of biological.According to mid-term biology score,correlation analysis indicates that scores of grade one students on two S-Class are not significantly different,scores of grade one on two R-Class are not,either.But scores between S-Class and R-Class are significantly different.The same results occurs on Grade two and Grade three students,too.Survey results show:S-Class Students of biological interest in learning and learning capacities are higher than R-Class.To some extent,students,test scores were improved by this newly remote biology-Joint teaching mode and better effects have been achieved.For country middle school,cooperating with Zhengzhou first middle school helps to develop the basis of school condition.This paper suggests that this new mode is a beneficial attempt of teaching reform and innovation.It can make full use of high quality education resources,highlight education fairness and balanced development,improve the teachers' teaching level in underdeveloped regions and promote personnel training quality.In spite of that,joint schools still exist some problems in the process of teaching practice,according to hers own teaching practice made recommendations accordingly,hope that through this new mode which can contribute to introduce high quality education resources well,by optimizing the joint model of higher education institutions will continuously improve the quality of personnel training and realize fair balanced and sustainable development on basic education.
