Under the background of the new curriculum reform,it may pay more attention to the students' individualized development.Thus,through the evaluation of teaching and learning,it is a hot issue in the field of teaching to carry out targeted teaching and improve the quality of classroom teaching.There exist a question that whether the quality of the classroom can be achieved.It is currently facing a typical difficulty that how to solve the problem of students to achieve more accurate and personalized teaching.However,it include the teaching objectives are not clear and can not be evaluated.The goal and the activities and the evaluation of the three is an obstacle to the realization of high quality classroom and individualized teaching.Consequently,in order to solve the above problems,the author makes a deep research on the learning diagnosis system.Learning diagnosis system is proposed to establish "a timely feedback learning mechanism".It makes use of the data in teaching to judge the effectiveness of teaching and learning and the achievement of goals.It provides an effective way to solve the problem of"establishing a goal oriented and precise classroom".In this paper,the author based on the Taylor evaluation model,studies the theory,model,structure and diagnostic process of the learning diagnosis system.The diagnosis system is applied to the high school chemistry learning.The author takes a certain stage on the first grade of senior high school as an example to analyze the feedback reports and puts forward some suggestions from two aspects:teachers' teaching and students' learning.It is proved that the learning diagnosis realizes the requirements of goal-oriented teaching,the purpose of data-driven teaching and the timely feedback and evaluation.It realizes the precision and individualization of classroom teaching.It satisfy the needs of each students and truly realize the personalized education.Based on the research and practice of the learning diagnosis system,the paper has made progress in individualized teaching and precision teaching.At the same time,it improves the quality of classroom teaching,and the educational informzation also gets a breakthrough.And to some extent,it promotes the development of the theory of learning.It fundamentally improve the teaching and learning,make the precision teaching become possible.It provides effective support for the further reform of teaching in the future.
