Art education is an important carrier to lead the social fashion,cultivate the socialist core values and carry forward the national spirit.It is a critical way and core content of the implementation of aesthetic education in colleges and universities.It is an important part of quality education.As the main force of personnel training and cultural inheritance,the level of university teachers' comprehensive quality is directly related to the quality of the cultivated object.Artistic accomplishment is an important part of the comprehensive accomplishment,therefore,more and more faculties,especially those who are in non-art universities,attach greater essentiality to it.With the country's emphasis on art education,it is true that most colleges and universities have set up art education center,art teaching and research department and some other institutions providing specialized guidance to art education,but most of the resources are for students,and no enough attention are put on teacher-focused artistic cultivation.Besides,the mechanism is poor,the policy system is unclear,the cultivation form is relatively simple.Because of all these problems,the current cultivation cannot meet the increasing spiritual needs of college teachers.This paper takes full-time teachers of the non-art key universities in Shaanxi,especially those who work at Northwest A & F University as the research object,Through the investigation and analysis of the present situation of teachers' artistic accomplishment in non-art comprehensive universities in Shaanxi Province,this paper finds out the specific problems of artistic accomplishment cultivation,and then put forward a scientific and rational solution.In this paper,the author firstly comes up with the purpose and significance of the research,collects and arranges the relative data about the research status at home and abroad,and makes a comprehensive review.The research methodology includes the theory of humanism,"DBAE" and the Marxist theory about the full development of human.Then the paper introduces the general concept and basic content of artistic accomplishment cultivation of college teachers,indicates that artistic accomplishment cultivation plays an important role in motivating teacher's creativity,reducing the pressure of teachers and enhancing the effectiveness of teaching and research.The principle of cultivation is the combination of inherit innovation,popularization,unity and flexibility.The study uses the Likert five-part table method and the data analysis software SPSS to analyze the relevant data and uncover the understanding of the necessity and importance of the artistic accomplishment of some key university teachers in Shaanxi,and reveal whether the art-related activities can meet the needs of teachers and the artistic demands of teachers in colleges and universities.On the basis of analysis and summary about investigation and survey,the author summarizes the existing problems in the cultivation of artistic accomplishment of teachers in Shaanxi colleges and universities.The problems are mainly reflected in the low degree involvement and the lower enthusiasm of teachers,especially young teachers to participate in artistic activities,the lack of investment from colleges and universities,and poor teaching staff construction.Meanwhile,the author analyzes the causes in detail.The final part of the article mainly focuses on the idea transformation,cognitive level raise,the establishment of scientific management system and operational mechanism,and reinforce of teaching staff construction,providing the improving strategies and specific practical methods to the problems in artistic accomplishment cultivation of college Teachers.
