Primary-school education is the beginning point of compulsory education in China,and it is also an important part of basic education.Improving the quality of education,it is supported to start with primary education.It is truth that high-quality education depends on brilliant teachers.Only when we make more effort to cultivate the high-quality advanced teachers,it is likely to improve the quality of primary school education and make a basis for Chinese education.Therefore,the study of the advanced primary-school teachers has an important value on improving the quality of Chinese primary-school teachers.The study adopting literature method,interviewing method,and case analysis method is divided into five parts,which is expounded on the brilliant primary-school teacher's professional growth cases,according to teachers' growth autobiography stories,classroom faithful records and professional characters.The first part is introduction.It is elaborated from study origins,study background,study summary and study process and methods.The second part mainly discusses the theory of the advanced primary-school teachers.It begins with the concept of the advanced primary-school teachers and the professional growth of teachers.The third part has abstracted five events from the professional growth of the advanced primary-school teachers.Firstly,they have experienced the similar development process,from choosing the teaching profession to having a sense of identity.The sense of identity is a premise to be an excellent teacher.Secondly,they have similar teaching experiences.Teacher training in normal school makes a profound basis for their professional growth.After they entering the educational field,educational cultivation expands their horizon and broadens their thoughts.Thirdly,taking teaching activities strongly promotes their teaching and management abilities.Fourthly,as action researchers,teaching and reflection simultaneous have outstanding effects in the educational study.Fifthly,as advanced models,they promote themselves to be better and guide other teachers.The fourth part begins with the growth deeds of the advanced primary-school teachers from five indexes,which includes emotional profession,specialized characters,growth stages,influence factors,and growth avenue.The study have founded that the advanced primary-school teachers is filled with full emotion and have the feelings,pursuits,and happiness in their teaching profession.They who are profound in specialization,versatility and make many achievements are approved by leaders,colleagues,students and parents.There are many factors on their professional growth.Interior factors have an important effect,such as: devotion to education,persistence in practice,and brave innovations.Exterior factors includes school atmosphere,the key deeds,and others' guidance.In this process,there are some stages in the growth and progress of the advanced primary-school teachers.It is divided into four stages in this paper,including cultivation stage in normal school,exploration and adaption stage in primary school,maturity and competency stage,and excellence and guidance stage.The fifth part focuses on the cultivation of the four accomplishments about the primary-school teachers,such as: professional emotion,teaching practice,acquirement,and innovation ability.Moreover,it also gives some suggestion in different aspects.It is naturally that the professional growth of the advanced primary-school teachers has a very long way to go in which they have to practice themselves dynamically.This paper makes an intensive study on the growth trail of the advanced primary-school teachers and summarize their general characters and experience.It is not deniable that the study on the advanced primary-school teachers makes many real values,not only making some positive effects on enriching the theory of teacher education,but also offering proposals for normal school in cultivating the advanced primary-school teachers...
