In the Internet age,pupils' ways of reading have been changed a lot."Micro-reading" becomes more and more popular in our daily life,as a way of reading,which depends on short messages,web articles and life style.In recent years,a large amount of data shows that "micro-reading" has its own advantages to take the place of traditional reading.Therefore,it's necessary to know about the relationship between "micro-reading" and classroom teaching so as to analyze the current situation of extracurricular reading in primary school.In this way,we should pay more attention on the effective application of "micro-reading" in the classroom teaching to enhance pupils' ability of reading and comprehension.This research adopts scientific research methods,such as literature research method,questionnaire survey and interview.Based on the survey on 346 pupils in Grade 5 and Grade 6,the author finds out which categories of texts attract pupils most and endeavors to connect them with "micro-reading" in the classroom teaching.Many scholars home and abroad have probed into this subject,however,there do exist some shortcomings in their research.This research aims at discovering and solving the problems in pupils' extracurricular reading and proposing countermeasures and suggestion for reading teaching.Hence,the research focuses on the exploring the application of "micro-reading"in the classroom teaching depending on analyzing the relationship between"micro-reading" and classroom teaching.The questionnaire survey and literature research show that "micro-reading"has pupils become interested in reading and gradually accumulate their composition materials to enhance pupil's ability of reading and comprehension.Meanwhile,it favors the development of primary Chinese teaching and provides the reform in Chinese education and teaching with theoretical and practical support.
