As society develops the demand for talent is growing higher.In 2011,the ministry of education introduced "compulsory education mathematics curriculum standard(2011 Edition)","double base" development for "four base" and "four base" as one of the goals of mathematical education.The "four base" provides a valid carrier for the students' mathematical competence.Teaching design as a textbook for mathematics,any objective goals will be incorporated into it.Now the "four base" is part of a total objective of teaching,it's necessary to find an effective way to incorporate in into teaching design so as to teach the classroom teaching as a teaching target to build the foundation for all student.Our study hopes to explore the background of the "four base" elementary school mathematics teaching from the perspective of design principles,strategies,and follow the basic steps to follow,and attempts to based on the perspective of "four base" "scores of preliminary understanding" in the elementary school mathematics knowledge content,carries on the teaching design.First using the documentation analysis to analyze and hackle the related theories of the "four base",teaching design,then define the relative concepts,discusses the necessity and feasibility of primary school mathematics teaching design from the perspective of "four bases".Second,using theoretical analysis method,combine the mathematical teaching theory?mathematical learning psychology,teaching design theory to analyze the basic theory of primary school mathematics teaching design from the perspective of "four bases".Then proposed the "four base" elementary school mathematics teaching from the perspective of design should follow the integrity,logical steps,process and information technology to promote diversified teaching.Meet at the same time puts forward the key strategy of "four base" teaching design: use the strategy of teaching materials,students reading strategies and the teaching goal of strategy formulation.Based on the above principle and strategy put forward "four base" elementary school mathematics teaching from the perspective of steps: analysis of target,analysis oflearning,teaching strategy choice,the teaching content of organization,the writing of the teaching design,the classroom teaching practice,teaching reflection..Most in combination with the related theory of knowledge and understanding to select primary school representative "fraction of the preliminary understanding" of the case analysis,the design of " four base " under the perspective of teaching design case,to carry out a direction for teachers to design teaching design,,and has carried on the teaching practice,and the design for the " four base " under the perspective of teaching reflection,at the same time,Summed up the "four base" from the perspective of instructional design for primary school mathematics should follow the principles of integrity,logical,process principles and information technology to promote diversified teaching..In accordance with the teaching of "four base" from the perspective of the basic steps related strategies into every aspect of the design.But also to highlight basic idea and basic activity experience,in order to develop a good "four base" based on the comprehensive development of students with mathematical literacy.
