Teachers as a special occupation group,has been the focus of social central point.How to improve the teaching ability of teachers and promote the better development of teachers,has become a focus of research.Teachers' cognitive biases may hinder teachers' teaching work,and teachers' psychological elasticity affects the progress of teaching work to a certain extent.In this study,from the perspective of cognitive biases,this paper explores the effects of psychological elasticity,Teachers' cognitive bias characteristics.The behavioral experiments were conducted to study the characteristics of teachers' attention bias,explanatory bias and memory bias under different psychological elasticities,and the status quo of psychological resilience of teachers was analyzed.In this study,the questionnaire method and experimental method were used to explore,including a total of four parts.The first part is to investigate the present situation of teachers 'psychological elasticity,and use the questionnaire of"Psychological Elasticity Scale of Primary and Middle School Teachers" developed by Chunlan Liu in 2010 to survey 396 middle and primary school teachers.The teachers' age,gender,Demographic variables were studied.The second and the fourth were the effects of psychological elasticity on cognitive bias.The second experiment was the effect of psychological resilience on the teacher's attention bias,using 2(high and low psychological resilience levels)×3(lexical categories:positive,negative and neutral vocabulary)mixed experiment design,the use of stroop paradigm,the response rate of the respondents and the independent sample for the T test;the third is different levels of psychological resilience to explain the bias teachers,And the number of responses and the response time of different context types were calculated by using 2(high and low psychological resilience group)×2(reaction type:positive,negative)×2(scenario type:fuzzy,occupational)Independent sample T-test;Experiment 4 is the influence of different mental resilience levels on teacher memory bias,using 2(high-low psychological resilience group)x2(reaction category:positive,negative)point detection experimental design,the correct response rate and The independent samples T test was used for the reaction.Based on these four studies,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)the primary and secondary school teachers in the middle and above the level of psychological resilience,the teacher's teaching efficacy has yet to be improved.(2)On the basic demographic variables,the age affects the development of teachers' psychological flexibility and teaching skills;the teacher's teaching efficacy,teaching skills and problem-solving ability are different;Teaching skills and the development of teaching effectiveness;the overall level of teacher mental resilience and professional identity and teaching ministerial level have a very close link.(3)The high level of mental resilience teachers of positive information there is a significant attention bias.(4)There were significant explanatory bias and memory bias in negative mental stimuli.
