| Objective:Experimental studies have shown that the lower limb strength of athletes has a decisive effect on the performance of sports,and vertical jump ability is an important indicator to reflect the strength of lower limbs.Therefore,the purpose of this study is find out the mechanical of lower limbs strength index by correlation regression analysis of different vertical jump forms of track and field athletes,then providing the necessary theoretical basis and scientific guidance for training and competition.Methods:In this study,158 subjects were came from grade 14 and grade 15 and grade 16 track and field sports training of Capital University of Physical Education.96 men(track and field athletes and athletes each 48),62 women(track and field athletes and athletes each 31).First of all,the subjects completed three tests of CMJ,CJb and CJs on the KISTLER dynamometer.Secondly,the Quattro Jump software system was used to collect the relevant biomechanical data.Finally,SPSS22.0 is used to carry out independent sample T test,Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.The objective disciplinarian of the lower limb strength index of the track and field athletes is obtained.Results:(1)In the form of track and field athletes CMJ test,male and female athletes of track and field have significant difference in elastic energy utilization rate(P < 0.05).Compared the men’s track and field athletes with the women’s track and field athletes,the flight time is only significant difference(P < 0.05).(2)In the form of track and field athletes CJb test,compared the men’s track and field athletes with the women’s track and field athletes,average jump height,power,instantaneous force and height fatigue index have very significant difference(P <0.01).Compared the man in track athletes with field athletes have significant difference in power(P < 0.01).Compared the woman in track athletes with field athletes have significant difference in power(P < 0.01).In addition,compared to men’s track athletes and men’s field athletes,instantaneous force value,average contact time,speed endurance index and voluntary effort index have significant difference(P < 0.05).(3)In the form of track and field athletes CJs test,compared the male athletes and female athletes in track and field,average height,average power and stiffness of lower extremity have very significant difference(P<0.01).Compared to men’s trackathletes and men’s field athletes,average time have significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusions:(1)In the form of track and field athletes CMJ test,there are significant positive correlations between the vertical jump height and power,power and the instantaneous force value in four groups athletes.The jump height and power can significantly predict the instantaneous force value.Improving instantaneous force value and power is helpful to increase the take-off height.(2)In the form of track and field athletes CJb test,the correlation between average instantaneous force and the vertical jump height is very low,so it can not be used as the effective index to evaluate the vertical jump ability.There are very significant positive correlations between the average power and the vertical jump height,and average power have an important meaning for the vertical jump height of CJb.(3)In the form of track and field athletes CJs test,There are very significant positive correlations between stiffness of lower extremity and lower limb balance index,the average jump height and average power.Improving stiffness of lower extremity and lower limb balance index can effectively improve the average jump height and the average power. |
