| Visual human perception of things is the main source of information,visual dysfunction can seriously affect students' life and study.The ministry of education in 2014 national student physique and health research results show that the primary school students poor vision detection rate was 45.71%,the junior middle school students was 74.36%,high school students is 83.28%.Students poor vision detection rates continue to increase and younger age trend obviously,myopia has become a serious problem affecting the national quality in our country in the future,students' vision health should be taken seriously.Along with the development of the economy,the progress of science and technology,combined with the exam-oriented education under the background,the students' academic burden heavier,outdoor activity decreases,electronic products,such as more and more popular,and see things too close to the distance,time is too long,not fully relax,can let the human eye control system has been in a high tension,make the students' vision health threatened.At present,a lot of studies of visual function is confined to vision,vision acuity reflected the visual function of the space,reflecting the central vision,and vision can not be equal to visual function,visual functions include such as the visual acuity between,peripheral vision and depth perception,these is also important for students,but so far in this field still lacks system in-depth research,also lack a lot of evidence of empirical research.Research purpose:Discussing visual function(central vision,peripheral vision and depth perception and visual acuity)characteristics and analyzing the influential elements of the visual function to attract the parents and the school to pay attention to the students' vision and other visual functions.Providing the scientific basis of knowledge for the related department to make children eye vision health standards and spread knowledge of loving eyes,also providing help for parents and the school to adjust the conditions to improve the students' vision health.Objects and methods:For 3 ~ 5 grade primary school students,depending on the depth of visual acuity and visual indicators,flicker fusion frequency detection and visual function related influencing factors questionnaire.Data by using the statistical software SPSS19.0,using the chi-square test,t test,single factor analysis of variance,factor analysis of variance.Results:(1)The grade three and grade four,five grade students of rate of bad vision followed by 37.4%,37.2%,40.9%;Girls of rate of bad vision is 45.6%,boys of rate of bad vision is 31.3%;Girls light,medium and heavy rate of bad vision is respectively 15.0%,14.4%,16.3%,girl's vision is mainly for severe vision is a boys light,medium and heavy rate of bad vision is respectively 15.7%,12.0%,3.6%,and poor vision in mild poor vision;Factors affecting the comprehensive analysis results show that influence factors of myopia is the parents' vision.(2)boy vision filed is greater than the fourth and fifth grade,male right eye of inside vision field is greater than female,right eye of inside vision field is greater than left eye;The outside vision field is greater than the underside and greater than the inside and greater than the upside,The comprehensive analysis results show that factors affecting visual field are the parents myopia,extent of attention with eye health and extracurricular exercise frequency.(3)the girl grow along with the grade,visual depth deviation,the boy had no significant change.The comprehensive analysis results show that factors affecting visual depth are the parents myopia,extent of attention with eye health and extracurricular exercise frequency.(4)As the grade increases,the male and female flicker fusion frequency decreases,this prompts students to visual acuity decreased,visual fatigue degree deepening,and in the fifth grade girl's visual fatigue degree significantly greater than boys,the comprehensive analysis results show that factors affecting fatigue are the degree of attention to use eye health.(5)analysis of the questionnaire found that 50% of the students at least one parent myopia,30% of the students using electronic products is longer than 1 hours a day,90% of the students' pay attention to eye health,70% of boys choose recess at extracurricular activity time,and 63% of female students choose to have a rest in the classroom,students sleep time concentrate in 8 ~ 10 hours a day,homework and extra-curricular study time concentrate in 30 minutes to 1 hour,there are still students studing in the classroom at rest time,don't pay attention to use eye sanitation,think brightness,feel classroom desks and chairs height unwell,almost there are students don't exercise after class,while these students are less,but these factors are not good for eyesight protection,the school and parents should pay attention to these factors.Conclusion:This study shows that the 3 ~ 5 grade elementary student's visual function development trend is not optimistic.The rate of poor eyesight at the school's 3-5th grade is lower than the national level,but it has been rising for nearly 30 years.There is age and bearing differences in visual field,visual field is related to the condition of nearsightedness of parents,the degree of attention to use eye health and the frequency of extra-curricular exercise;There is the age difference in visual depth(depth perception capacity),it's related to the parents' nearsightedness,classroom lighting,and extracurricular exercise frequency.There are age and gender differences in flash fusion frequency(see fatigue level),it's related to the degree of attention to use eye health.According to the results of this study suggest that taking the following measures to protect the students' vision health:(1)It is recommended that schools should establish a student file in the course of admission,to know the basic information of the parents,and to focus on the students of the familial myopia.We will do more publicity work for schools,teachers,parents and students to protect eyes,conducting regular lectures on the knowledge of the eyes to improve the awareness of the students to protect eyes.(2)Teachers should pay more attention to student status during rest time,encourage students to take part in outdoor activities and pay attention to the relaxation during rest time.Ask the students about the subjective experience of the eyes,and take care of the students who feel ill.(3)The relevant departments shall strengthen supervision and administration,and the school shall strengthen cooperation and make adjust according to the students' feelings in time.It is hoped that by taking targeted measures,it can lay a good foundation for students' vision health. |
