At present,High school students have the large learning pressure,the heavy task and the long learning time,which need to consume a lot of energy,but exercise the opportunity to relax is very little,which make it easy to produce insomnia,class sleepy,anxiety and a series of problems.In order to find out whether massage can improve the learning state of high school students,the author studies the massage knowledge education in the teaching practice.Learning the students' attitude and intention of massage through a questionnaire survey In Bi Shan senior middle school all science classes,To study the effect of massage on high school students,are engaged in the teaching between class 9 and class 12,the 54 students of 9 class selected as experimental group,who will be increased the massage knowledge and massage before class and after class;Class 12,62 students,as a control group,were taught not to increase their knowledge of massage.After two months of experiment,the students of the experimental group were surveyed and interviewed for the effect of massage.At the same time,the results of the biological test data of the three will be counted of the experimental group and the control group students in October,November and December.the results of October are before massage,the results of November and December are after the massage.Finally,the two part of the students' learning situation and performance data were collected and compared,so as to analyze the massage improve the learning situation of high school students.The results show that the improvement rate of insomnia in the experimental group was 27.78%,the improvement rate of anxiety was as high as 20.37%,and the improvement rate of sleepy in class was about 38.89%,and the improvement rate of cerebral fatigue was about 51.58%.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in October and in the month of November,but there was significant difference in the year of December.The exam itself is no significant difference in the experimental group between October and November.the December biological month results there were significant differences to the first two months of the control group,biological test showed no significant difference between three times grades.It can be seen that massage can significantly improve the learning situation of high school students and improve their academic performance...
